The company was once again certified as a leading Austrian company. The award was presented to Trenkwalder CEO Mark Pollok in Linz on 16 April 2024 as part of the “Guglhupf -Tour “of Leading Companies. Following a comprehensive qualification process, exemplary companies that are committed to sustainable corporate success, innovation and social responsibility are recognised as leading companies.

"We are delighted about the renewed certification. It is proof that we are actively driving forward important topics for the future such as staffing and digitalisation - and that spurs us on further. As one of the leading personnel service providers in Europe, we have a holistic approach when it comes to growth opportunities for our client companies, as our solution approach serves three levels: Temporary Staffing & HR Consultancy, Outsourcing supported by Technology. We don't just want to solve customer problems, we want to ensure that they no longer have any tomorrow," says Mark Pollok.

"Leading companies are the model companies of the domestic economy. They face up to the challenges of economic life, such as digitalisation or the shortage of skilled workers. With their consistent focus on social responsibility, sustainability and fair treatment of all stakeholders, they are drivers for the local economy. I am delighted that our Leitbetriebe philosophy is increasingly being reflected in the Austrian economy as a whole," says Monica Rintersbacher, Managing Director of Leitbetriebe Austria. Leitbetriebe Austria offers a unique platform for companies of excellence in the Austrian economy to intensify the exchange of expertise across industry and state borders. "Together, we are setting new milestones to sustainably strengthen the development of Austria as a business location," Rintersbacher concludes.
