Simply select the “Internal Jobs” category and discover career opportunities in recruiting, sales, administration, marketing, and many other departments. Maybe your next job at Trenkwalder is already waiting for you. Haven’t found anything suitable yet? Then simply create your talent profile. That way, we can consider you for future openings and share suitable job offers directly with you. Have you found the right job? Perfect! Then move on to submitting your application.
2. Start your application
Click “apply now” in the job posting and start your application in just a few steps. Here, you can upload various documents or simply use your social media profile (XING, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google). This way, your application is submitted to us quickly and easily.
3. Add documents
The more complete your information is, the better we can determine which jobs match your skills and talents. Depending on the position, the following documents may be helpful: resume, transcripts and certificates, relevant proof of qualifications, and a cover letter. Documents aren’t required, but you can conveniently upload them directly in the application form.
4. Review and submit your application
Before you submit your application, take a moment to check that all information is complete and up to date. Is everything correct? Then simply click “submit.” Your application has now been received and will be processed as quickly as possible.
5. Review of your application
As soon as we receive your application, your profile will be matched against the job requirements. We use modern AI technology to help us identify suitable matches quickly and efficiently. If any information or documents are missing, you’ll be notified automatically. If necessary, our AI also helps us obtain any missing information directly from you by phone. Our recruiting experts will then work with you to determine whether the position aligns with your qualifications and career goals. If there’s a good match, we’ll get back to you promptly.
6. Getting to know each other and the interview
If your profile stands out, you’ll first receive a call from LINA, our digital recruiting assistant. We’ll then invite you to an initial interview. Depending on the position, this will take place over the phone, via video call, or in person. During this meeting, we’ll get to know each other better, discuss the job, and answer your questions. After this we'll guide you through the rest of the process.
7. Job offer, contract, and a successful start
You did it! Did you receive an offer? Congratulations and welcome to Trenkwalder! We’ll prepare everything for your start and provide you with all the important information in a timely manner. Depending on the position, you’ll have a workspace at one of our locations or the appropriate equipment for remote work or working from home. Through a structured onboarding process, you’ll get to know your team, your responsibilities, and how we work.
