Knowledge-intensive information on all plant and garden products provided by our CIC

At Gärtner Pötschke, a specialized Customer Interaction Center handles knowledge-intensive inquiries regarding plant and garden products. An agricultural technician on the team ensures the technical quality of the responses, while the center processes approximately 5,500 emails and 1,750 calls daily.

In addition, a central knowledge database and a digital learning platform were established. This made it possible to reduce costs by 25% while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction.

Jointly defined KPIs support the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Flexible resources, particularly in the evenings and on weekends, also enable demand-driven management and significant cost savings.

Establishment of an all-around customer interaction center (CIC)

In collaboration with PAIR Finance, a Customer Interaction Center was established to handle labor- and time-intensive processes in receivables management. Teams in Turkey and Kosovo provide support in areas such as contacting end customers and preparing for legal proceedings—supplemented by legally trained staff, managers, and a dedicated trainer.

By outsourcing these operations, complex processes can be managed more efficiently while maintaining consistent quality. As a result, PAIR Finance was able to reduce costs by 30% compared to an in-house solution.
